Terms & Conditions
ShipTriora Express
Effective Date: January 26, 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by ShipTriora Express starting January 26, 2026.
By using ShipTriora Express services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully.
1. Services Offered
ShipTriora Express provides freight forwarding services from the United States to Jamaica, including:
• Receiving customer packages at our U.S. address
• Shipping packages to Jamaica
• Customs clearance
• Delivery to customer or pickup at designated location
We do not sell goods. Customers purchase items independently from retailers such as Amazon, SHEIN, Temu, etc.
2. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
• Ensuring all items shipped are legal and permitted in Jamaica
• Providing accurate shipment details (name, phone number, item description)
• Paying all shipping, customs, duty, GCT, and service fees
• Collecting packages within the stated pickup timeframe
Failure to comply may result in delays, additional fees, or forfeiture of goods.
3. Customs & Duties
• Customs charges are determined by Jamaican Customs, not ShipTriora Express
• We do not control customs assessments or delays
• All customs fees must be paid before delivery or pickup
4. Delivery & Pickup
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
• Customers choosing pickup must collect packages within 7 days
• Storage fees may apply after the free storage period
5. Liability
ShipTriora Express is not liable for:
• Retailer errors (wrong item, missing item)
• Customs seizures or confiscation
• Delays caused by airlines, customs, weather, or force majeure
• Prohibited or undeclared items
Our liability is limited to the freight charges paid, unless otherwise required by law.
6. Prohibited Items
Shipping prohibited items may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

Customers may NOT ship:
• Weapons, firearms, ammunition
• Illegal drugs or substances
• Flammable liquids or explosives
• Counterfeit goods
• Pornographic material
• Cash, cheques, or gift cards
• Live animals
• Perishable food items (unless approved)
• Any item prohibited by Jamaican or U.S. law
